4. MobiFlight Shop

Our shop is operated separately at shop.mobiflight.com. All data processing related to purchases, orders, and payments is governed exclusively by the Shop Privacy Policy.

5. GitHub

Our website links to and integrates with GitHub (GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) — for example for software releases, the source code repository, GitHub Sponsors, and contribution buttons.

When you interact with GitHub content, GitHub’s own Privacy Policy applies. GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection under Art. 45 GDPR.

6. Discord Community

We operate a Discord server for the MobiFlight community. Discord is an independent third-party service (Discord Inc., 444 De Haro Street Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you join or use our Discord server, Discord’s Privacy Policy applies. We have no influence over Discord’s data processing.

7. YouTube Videos

We embed tutorial and demonstration videos on our website. Videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which means no cookies are set until you actively play a video.

Once you play a video, Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) may collect data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

If you subscribe to the MobiFlight newsletter, we use your email address solely to send you project updates, release notes, and community news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Our newsletter is powered by MailerLite (UAB “MailerLite”, Gedimino av. 60, LT-01110 Vilnius, Lithuania). MailerLite acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Your email address and subscription data are transmitted to and stored on MailerLite’s servers.
